The demands on teenagers these days have become enormous. With school, home, and friend demands, the amount of pressure has added up over the years. Many high school students will point out the specific demands weighing them down and many have real life problems that need attention.

Some believe that different herbs and relaxing music can help calm a person. The people that you surround yourself with may also be a deciding factor.
