How teens deal with… Graduation, It's Over.
By Meagan Richardson

The days are getting hotter and shorter. Classes are beginning to slow down to an abrupt halt. That is right everyone, it is the end of the year! For seniors, this marks a monumental occasion… Graduation. The invitations have been sent out and transcripts are being finalized. Break out the party hats… this is soon to be an unforgettable experience.

High school is over. We are off to college, living on your own, and making more of yourself. The young adults that we have grown into, are being kicked out of the comfort of their parents’ homely nests. Now we must learn to support ourselves which includes doing our own laundry, making our own food, etc. There are those few who still have the luxury of living at home with a parent (myself included in this), but others are going to face the harsh reality of change.

So, high school is over. What are we going to do with our lives? Will we be attending college? We will go straight into a "real" job? These questions and many more have plagued us for our high school career. Now comes the time when we must answer these on our own. Best of luck to all Class of 2007!
